Ok so for Dahlia’s skill you get 1 usage but with 2 effects: If your opponent swaps, they take 1 Hydro DMG, but if you swap you get a refund (basically free swap) so yeah I think he is goated for sure especially with crab because most of the time you don’t swap off from Dahlia you just ramp so by default your opponent will get wet 2x from 1 skill which is nice and also his elemental burst that provides shield is just cherry on top 🍒 his talent card with revive is not necessary with crab but perhaps with other characters like Kuki which I will make video about that very very soon so stay tuned! 😉
